Follow-up emails from your Gmail
Write an email yourself, or switch on up to five follow-ups for a shipper. Each one is written for that shipper by AI, goes out from your own address on weekday mornings in the shipper's time zone, and stops when you mark that the shipper replied.

How Shipper Desk uses your Google account
You sign in with Google. Shipper Desk asks Google for two things, and only these two.
What Shipper Desk asks for, and why
- Your name and email address, to create your account and sign you in.
- Permission to send email as you (Gmail: "Send email on your behalf"), so the emails you write and the follow-ups you switch on go out from your own address and replies reach your inbox.
What Shipper Desk never does
- It never reads, searches, changes or deletes the email in your mailbox, and never asks for that permission.
- It never sends an email you didn't start: only your own emails, and follow-ups you switched on for a shipper you chose.
- It never sells your data or uses it for advertising or to train AI models.
You can withdraw Shipper Desk's access at any time in your Google Account, under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services; sending stops straight away. Shipper Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Pricing
Shipper Desk is free to use: the shipper board, call reminders and follow-up emails cost nothing. You buy credits only to unlock contact details from the lead pool, paid in rupees through Cashfree. Credits never expire. See the Terms of Service for how credits and refunds work.
